It’s time to heat up the ovens and make some comfort food, as the temperatures drop and the leaves turn. This is where problems can rear their ugly head or you recall that you had problems months ago but have ignored them until now, because your BBQ works perfectly.

* My oven doesn’t cook evenly

This would indicate a buildup in gas before ignition. A delayed ignition is a problem that must be fixed by a professional. This will get worse over time and cause safety issues.
* My oven smokes and smells when I clean it myself.

Yikes. We are sorry about that. It is likely that you have blown either the control board (worst) or the thermal fuse. In either case, you’ll need to contact a professional. DO NOT FORCE THE LATCH TO OPEN. This will only increase your repair costs.
